What We Love: Dale Skirt
The new Dale skirt just came in and it’s fabulous! I tried one on immediately and walked around the store thinking that I would have to snatch one from the next batch that arrives (I wouldn’t want to deprive any of you of the first run!). Then things got busy in the shop for a few hours – Special Orders for Tea Cozies, Print Yer Owns for men’s tees with Ants, packing up Emma Dresses to ship to a customer in the U.S. – busy! Through all the scooting and shuffling and sitting (oops! sitting! wrinkles!) I realized that the cool, comfy Dale skirt had become mine. So, Erin decided that you needed to see just how cute this one is, by coercing me into having my photo taken.
I’m wearing the linen Dale skirt ($48! Soon to be posted on the website) with a Lawnmower print, accompanied by a green Simple Tee with Frame, Flyz and Cuckoo Clocks. The ruffle you see under the skirt is a vintage slip (a staple accessory of mine–for cuteness and making skirts just a tad longer, to cover knees that may not be what they once were).
Don’t worry gals, I didn’t buy the only large Dale. There are plenty more here in small, medium and large, for you!
Happy Thursdaying,
glenda.

I think the Lawnmower is my favourite print now. I just love it on the Dale skirt.
You look great Glenda. I need to come over for a visit soon.
Thanks Trish! Yes, you do!!
