Shipping & Delivery

All Canadian orders are shipped with delivery confirmation and insurance using Canada Post. Items are insured for the total purchase price.

Other shipping methods are available upon request.

Customs charges and taxes on international shipments are payable by customer.

Shipping Returns & Replacements

In order to return or exchange goods you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and once authorized, must ship said item(s) back to us within 7 days.

Customers assume all responsibility of costs associated with returning items, all returns must be fully insured.

All returns must be received in original condition.

Returned goods may be exchanged for another item or redeemed for Store Credit equal to the amount of said goods.  Refunds are not offered at this time, except in the case of damaged or defective goods.  Sale or discounted merchandise are final sale.
